Tribute to Michel Legrand

Like a tightrope walker….
Through this album in homage to Michel Legrand, I wrote these arrangements for solo accordion and string quintet, with the desire to go to the essential, in a search for purity.
I wanted to interpret Michel's themes, to which I added two personal compositions, like a tightrope walker on a wire, weightless, evolving in space and silence.
On my instrument, I privileged the choice of a particular register, the one that Michel liked so much, the register “flute in the resonance box”.
All the compositions on this album are imbued with emotions, love and tenderness.
